history
Ever since Bristol was a pup, life was a bit rocky. His parents constantly were arguing, his sister, for whatever reason, wanted nothing to do with him, and there were no other wolves in his pack his age. Because of this start, Bristol would often be alone, imaging games he could play by himself. Sometimes he would sit with the older wolves in the pack to listen to stories. All of this gave him a very vivid imagination, which one day got him in great trouble. When he was barely old enough to, for the most part, fend for himself, he was playing one of his games. This one happened to be pretending to fight off invading wolves in order to practice his battle skills. Unfortunately for him, his fake battle cries riled up the alpha, who was already short on patience for their neighboring pack. As a result, his pack initiated a raid, costing many lives on both sides. As punishment, Bristol was chased from the pack. He has been on his own, well and truly, ever since then.
During his travels, he reflected on what he had done to lead to his wandering. Over time, he gave up his imagination, becoming a wolf very focused on the here and now and what is actually happening. He no longer plays or imagines anything. He doesn't even allow himself to imagine what life would be like if his life had not had such a rough start. He does, however, remember the constant fighting between his parents. With this lasting memory, he has dedicated himself to becoming a sort of mediator, trying to work out conflicts, rather than continuing to cause or simply watch them grow and worsen.
After what felt like an eternity of traveling alone, Bristol finally found himself in yet another new land. This one had almost no wolf scent to it, and seemed completely untouched by the canine predators. He welcomed this change, feeling his every anxious mind and muscles relax. He now hopes to call this new place home.

personality
After being surrounded by arguments and battles for much of his young life, resulting in being banished, Bristol is very much a mediator. He does everything in his power to remain emotionless and calm, aiming to be truly neutral. However, he has always lived his life as a loner, even when within a pack, and this is unlikely to change. He may unintentionally be cold because of this, not really having much understanding of social cues. Despite this, he is not violent, and would fight himself to stop himself from fighting someone else.
